These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Daily AI website and the free Daily AI challenge. By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms.

The service

Daily AI provides free educational content about prompt engineering and AI, delivered as a website and an optional email challenge. The content is provided for general educational purposes.

Sign-up and email

  • Signing up is free and voluntary; you provide a valid email address.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
  • You must not use the sign-up form to submit anyone else's data without their permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

Intellectual property

The Daily AI name, content, and materials are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may use the educational content for your own personal learning. You may not republish or resell it as your own without permission.

No warranty

The site and content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. See the Disclaimer for the limits of the educational content.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
